Application of basic principles of adult education and strengthening of interaction in teacher training

Abstract

 

This article reflects the basic principles of adult education, which should be considered and implemented during the design and development of a teacher training programme. The training is referred as an important institution for the professional development of teachers but also for the modernisation and development of the educational systems. It is pointed out that the training of teachers should be implemented in a creative and open learning environment with autonomy, innovation and creativity, in which the interaction between the stakeholders becomes a decisive factor.
