Abstract
This study records the views of postgraduate students of the Department of Educational and Social Policy at the University of Macedonia as far as the design, implementation and evaluation of their microteachings as a part of their education are concerned. The first part of the study analyses the technique of ‘microteaching’ and also presents the benefits it offers to trainee adult educators in the context of their education.
The second part of the study describes the research methodology and presents the most important findings that come up from its implementation. Finally, the study includes concluding findings concerning the effectiveness of the ‘microteaching’ utilization in the context of their education as adult educators.
