It is an overview survey at national level. It appears that Parallel Support Teachers, under 30 years of age, those with less than 10 years’ experience and those working in multi-school schools face the most difficulties in their effort to work effectively with the co-teacher. Teachers also assess the lack of cooperative culture, the lack of in-service training, the unclear institutional framework, and the educational system’s shortcomings in their work.
