Abstract
On the occasion of the text of E. Zambeta, (1993) in this paper, there will be a reference to the dimensions of globalization, as they have penetrated the educational policy of our country, as well as to the consequences they have on the professional identity of teachers. Finally we talk about the individual and the educational system between pressures and flexibilities of the neoliberal policies of globalization.
