Abstract
Young persons are faced with new social roles, relations and situations. Peers have the main role in adopting and mastering of those abilities. Peers are adolescent’s support in their search for identity. In peer groups adolescents have the feeling of thrust and support, affiliation, emotional security, self-confidence and possibility of being popular and recognized. Peers influence on creating picture of themselves and help adolescent to define their beliefs, values and goals .In this work is very important peer influence for getting social experience and competence .There is also bad influence of peers and we will discuss it. The results are defined aspects of interaction, the communication, the properties of creators, the establishment of partnership relations, activities and methods that lead to interaction and communication-strengthening the self, the active participation. Our research, except akcent effects of interactive educational communication, implement certain indicators that in a further, more comprehensive survey can be verified.
