Abstract
The present paper is investigating the transformation of the views and the attitudes of teachers of mathematics after attending a training program in the use and exploitation of I.C.T. in the educational process. It is about the training program in the use of I.C.T. at the second level. Several researchers have investigated in their studies the transformation of the views and the attitudes of teachers of various subjects and some of the results are contradictory. This study concerns 70 teachers of mathematics, who have fulfilled a relevant questionnaire and 6 teachers of mathematics, who have been interviewed. Their answers have shown that there has been a big change in their views and attitudes about the use and exploitation of I.C.T. in the educational process. This transformation started with their acquaintance with the special software for teaching math and continued with the critical reflection and the rational discourse, which were basic elements of the training program.
