Abstract

It is a common ground for the global research community to realize that distributed leadership ensures both the development of the organization and the professional development of the members of the organization. Essentially, distributed leadership guarantees the development of the organization through the assumption of leadership roles by the members of the organization at a given time and for a given occasion. It is therefore a field of research of the highest interest. This research, therefore, aims to investigate the extent of distributed leadership applied within the school organization according to teachers’ perceptions.
