Abstract
This paper aims to present quantitative research results in relation to the impact of teacher participation in teachers’ training programs through the Erasmus+ program and especially the job shadowing programs. It explores teachers’ motivation and the impact of their participation in the school unit. Job shadowing for teachers is a career opportunity through learning mobility. These programs are offered to the educational community and in the recent years there is a growing interest. The study presents initially the theoretical framework and the types of these programs offered to teachers and pupils. It is combined with field research(quantitative research) through anonymous questionnaires to teachers who have participated in relevant programs over the past two years.
