Abstract
The Learning Skills Assessment Tool aims to systematically record the knowledge of letters, syllables, and words, as well as to detect specific language difficulties. It consists of eleven activity cards and two response sheets for students, through which skills such as recognition, copying, reading, and writing of phonemes, syllables, words, and sentences are evaluated. The structure of the tool is suitable for educators seeking to analyze and monitor progress in specific language skills. At the same time, it provides clear guidelines for adapting teaching practices to the needs of each student, both at an initial level and after intervention. Data analysis is conducted using numerical tables and graphs that compare performance before and after the intervention, contributing to informed decision-making for the improvement of the educational process.
