Teachers’ views about the use of experiential collaborative educational techniques in the framework of their participation in training programs

Abstract

 

This paper is aimed at presenting the views of teachers regarding the use of experiential participatory educational techniques in their training programmes. In the first part the term “experiential learning” is analyzed and the most important participatory educational techniques used in teachers’ training are presented. In the second part the research methodology is described and the most important results that derived from the implementation of the research are presented. The paper is concluded with the results regarding the effective use of experiential participatory educational techniques in teachers’ training.
