Abstract
In this paper we investigate anxiety and fear levels, according to gender, among teachers of secondary education with common levels of interest in computers when they use the internet in order to be further educated. For this purpose we report research data from 239 teachers (75 men and 164 women) who, during the last three years, participated in online training programmes, while they had also experience from other forms of training. The research showed that when the experience or knowledge in both genders is similar, then men and women have common levels of interest for the H/Y and consequently low levels of anxiety or fear
