Abstract
In the present study investigated whether the methodology utilized in adult education participation physical education teachers of Achaia in training. In the first part of the paper analyzes the characteristics of adult learners, the conditions for effective learning, and obstacles encountered in the learning process. In the second part of the paper describes the methodology of the survey and presents the most important results obtained from its implementation. The thesis concludes by drawing conclusions on the use of the methodology in adult education training programs involved teachers of Physical Education of the Prefecture of Achaia.
