Abstract
The purpose of the research is to investigate the main stages of the extended ADDIE model which is used by companies in the Greek market for the design and implementation of in-company training schemes. The survey was conducted via email, by sending structured questionnaires to large consultancies and to companies with a size and structure that enables the design and implementation of in-company training schemes. Regarding the empirical level, it may be the only survey of similar scope in the Greek area. The findings indicated partial implementation of the phases of the extended ADDIE model.
